Basketball: 3rd - 12th Grade

2024 Competition Basketball Grade 3-12 - Tryouts

This is a Tryout Program. Payment is not required until you have made the team!

All players must be at tryouts to be evaluated for a slot on the team. If your player does not make it on the competition team, they will be offered an opportunity to play in the recreational division for Grades 3-6.

Players in this division will get custom Jerseys that they will keep at the end of the season.

Once your player makes the team you will have 72 hours to make the full payment to lock in your slot on the team.

2024 NEYSA Basketball Cheerleading

Welcome to the NEYSA Basketball Cheerleading Program!
The season will follow the NEYSA Basketball program dates for this winter, which starts in November and runs through March with the playoffs.
 
Early Registration - $10 Discount - Ends August 30th
Late Registration - $10 Fee - Starts October 25th
A uniform payment of $80 is required upon registration for New Cheerleaders! (NEW black cheer uniform as of tackle football 2024)
Registration Includes Uniform, Warm-Up Jacket, and Bows for the Season.

If you are a returning Cheerleader and DO NOT need a uniform, Please select that you DO NOT need one during registration to remove the uniform fee.
 
Fundraiser Buyout is $75
Practices starting late October
  
All fees are non-refundable after October 25th

Open Gyms

NEYSA Basketball Summer Open Gyms 2024

NEYSA Basketball is hosting a Free Open Gym at Shallowbrook Intermediate School!

The goal is to get some basketball time with some drills, 3 v 3 and 5 v 5 time. These sessions are for all 3rd-8th grade students in the NESD. All sessions are CO-ED

While there is no fee, we ask that you register so we can gauge attendance and communicate any changes.

9-24-24
  • 3-4 Grade - 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
  • 5-6 Grade - 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

9-25-24
  • 7-8 Grade - 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM


Unregistered Participants will not be allowed in the gym.

7-8 Graders - 10-23-24 - 6:00-7:30
